Several Phase C documentation issues predate the current README, rules docs, dogfood docs, and release notes.

Task

Review #16, #17, #18, #19, #20, #21, #22 and classify each as keep, close, or merge into another issue.

Acceptance criteria

Provide one short rationale per issue.
Link to current files/sections that already satisfy the issue, if any.
Identify at most three docs issues that should remain active for the next wave.

Out of scope

Do not rewrite README in this issue.
Do not create marketing claims.
