Wave 2 — Conservative Graph

Add a compact agent-oriented format with entrypoints, touched modules, unresolved edges, and cycles.

Acceptance

  • Output is documented.
  • Golden tests cover the format.
  • The format is concise enough for agent prompts.
  • It does not require MCP.
