Report likely unused internal exports only when package entrypoints and public exports are excluded.

Acceptance

  • No deletion-safety claim.
  • Findings include confidence and evidence.
  • Public API and package exports are protected by tests.
  • False-positive corpus covers common dynamic/framework surfaces before shipping.
