Goal

Create a script that checks release identity across files.

Expected files

scripts/check-version.mjs
package.json
tests/release_identity.test.mjs

Acceptance criteria

Script checks package version, lockfile version, runtime VERSION, changelog, and release notes.
Existing release identity test can call or mirror it.

Guardrails

One issue = one PR.
Add or update a behavior/golden test before changing behavior.
No runtime dependencies.
No new analyzer categories unless the issue explicitly says so.
Keep changes small; do not refactor src/analyze.ts broadly.

Verification

Run npm run build && npm test && git diff --check.
