Canary status: missing — fire 3+3 review before merge

Summary

Adds read-only Leviathan projection preview API and MCP tool.
Preview maps Swarmheart snapshot tasks into Kan actions: noop/create_card/move_card/needs_* without mutating Kan.
Adds integration coverage proving preview does not move existing cards.

Scope

Agent API: previewLeviathanProjection.
MCP: preview_leviathan_projection.
Shared constants expanded for typed Leviathan statuses.
Docs updated with preview semantics.

Non-goals

No projection apply/write path.
No drift repair.
No board restructuring or seed runtime.
