Summary

Stabilizes the post-#61 API test baseline before the rest of the merge train.

Scope

  • Registers relation activity enum migrations in the Drizzle journal.
  • Splits relation activity enum additions into one-command migrations so PGlite can apply them.
  • Updates integration tests for the current projection and policy contracts.

Non-goals

  • No production deploy.
  • No credential issuance.
  • No runtime behavior change beyond making the migrations executable.

Tests / smoke

  • pnpm -F @kan/api test
  • pnpm -F @kan/mcp test

Rollback

  • Revert this PR before any later train PR that depends on a green API baseline.

Owner gates

  • Production DB migration remains Piotr-gated.

Merge-train note: this is PR 1/12 and should land first.
