Summary

  • add classification.tests.governance_globs and classification.tests.feature_prefixes to policy bundles
  • keep Patchwarden strict by making its own tests/** governance-classed
  • allow product policies to keep guard tests hard-manual without making ordinary feature tests poison otherwise-safe PRs

Closes #138.

Patchwarden contract dry-run for head e13c80ac48727ea6cbb3015dcc1dfa386a69dea7 blocks only on policy_governance, as expected for a policy/classifier change. Required external check is current and successful: fallow-py / fallow-py-advisory (pull_request).

Local verification passed:

  • PYTHONPATH=src:. python3 -m unittest tests.test_policy_bundle tests.test_pr_check tests.test_contract_run tests.test_cli_pr_check tests.test_cli_evaluate — 106 OK
  • PYTHONPATH=src:. python3 -m unittest discover -s tests — 633 OK
  • git diff --check — OK

Manual/operator-preference path is intentional for this governance-surface PR.
