Implements #153.

Scope:

  • adds patchwarden inventory-scan-check for Bumblebee/Patchwarden-native JSON/NDJSON inventory reports;
  • adds patchwarden.pr.inventory_scan_gate as a configurable Core module consumed by Contract Run;
  • treats clean and advisory as passing inventory verdicts, and blocked as fail-closed;
  • adds patchwarden.inventory_scan.v1 schema with inline advisory example;
  • updates architecture, status HTML, Core registry snapshots, and tests.

Verification:

  • PYTHONPATH=src:. python3 -m unittest discover -s tests (690 tests OK)
  • git diff --check
Implements #153.
