Canary status: missing — Lite/docs review before merge

Merge after P0 Rescue verification (#215).

What this PR does

Fills compact ## How to recover sections for edge/dashboard modules per runbooks/recovery-section-template.md.

Modules covered

  • traefik (Class C — edge/proxy)
  • coredns (Class C — DNS)
  • matrix-well-known (Class C — routing/discovery)
  • element-web (Class C — Matrix web edge)
  • dashboard (Class E-ish operator dashboard)

Tier (per ADR-0007)

Lite — docs-only, 5 runbooks, no runtime mutation, no schema/control-plane changes.

What's NOT in this PR

  • No production commands.
  • No routing/TLS/DNS changes.
  • No changes outside modules/*/runbook.md.

Acceptance per template

  • No TODO token in each recovery section
  • Symptom triage, restart, destructive restore, and full DR are present
  • References baseline/, tests/smoke.sh, and runbooks/dr-restore-test.md

Test plan

Validation script result: batch03 recovery sections ok.
