Scope

Implement the first metadata slice from ADR-0022 without moving source repos.

Spec sources

  • decisions/0022-module-source-and-release-boundaries.md
  • decisions/0021-ddd-bounded-contexts-for-platform-monorepo.md
  • state/roadmap/current-platform-roadmap.md
  • Issue #384

Acceptance criteria

  • Propose schema shape for spec.source and spec.artifact.
  • Pilot on honcho-api, forgejo, traefik, uptime-kuma, and minio-init.
  • Keep desired artifact metadata separate from observed runtime audit fields.
  • Document update-policy classes before broad upgrade automation.
  • No production mutation.

Out of scope

  • Physical repo split.
  • Automated broad upgrades.
  • Production apply changes.

W9 issue cleanup: closing as done/superseded.

Reason: ADR-0022 source/artifact pilot landed through W5/W8 work; the named pilot modules now carry spec.source/spec.artifact metadata.

Evidence: Current main: honcho-api, forgejo, traefik, uptime-kuma, and minio-init all have spec.source/spec.artifact; W8 #389 is already closed.

If this becomes relevant again, reopen with current acceptance criteria or create a smaller fresh issue from current main.
