Product story

This is the intentionally boring smoke PR for W6d after adding the external Patchwarden client dry-run handshake. It should prove that a safe docs/status PR can still flow through deterministic checks, Iskra approval, formal Forgejo approval, and merge by Iskra.

What changed

Added a short calibration note saying the next W6d smoke must include the external Patchwarden client dry-run status before Matrix approval.

Why it changed

#490 made the dry-run status part of W6d readiness. This PR is the low-risk candidate to validate that path end to end.
