Scope

After the module ownership/source matrix exists, pick the first 10 safest modules for metadata completion and create/scope the batch.

This issue should either:

  • open one PR that fills only metadata for 10 low-risk modules, or
  • create 2-4 smaller child issues if the safe set is not obvious.

  • Output of chore(m05): build module ownership and source-of-truth matrix
  • modules/*/module.yaml
  • schema/module.schema.json
  • state/roadmap/current-platform-roadmap.md § 05/09

Acceptance criteria

  • Exactly 10 modules are selected, or a smaller explicit reason is given.
  • Selection avoids Forgejo, secrets/auth, DB-heavy, and public-exposure modules unless already fully understood.
  • Changes are metadata-only.
  • platformctl validate all --json passes.

Out of scope

  • Runtime upgrades.
  • Digest changes.
  • Compose changes.
