CODEX TASK PACKET — platformctl memory commands (step 3 of 3)

Objective

Implement the operator-facing memory commands per ADR-0025 — the ONLY surface the operator sees.

Commands

  • platformctl memory brief (cousin reconstruction: task_run + latest checkpoint)
  • platformctl memory contradictions (alerts queue: trust-hierarchy conflicts -> operator decides once)
  • platformctl memory procedures (registry overview)

Done criteria

  • 3 subcommands read the memory tables and render readable output
  • no secrets in output (refs only)

Sequence: depends on tables (step 1) + registry seed (#461).
