Summary

  • Adds a canonical mail loops runbook for Gmail header radar, Missive explicit escalation, and Fastmail DMZ.
  • Marks the old iskra-mail-consumer-v0 SpecKit as historical/superseded by the current OpenClaw/Missive path.
  • Records repository ownership and closeout criteria for #235 without adding runtime changes.
