Extracted context

From current audit evidence: the prompts still contained literal links to state/L3/..., while the L3 synthesis files now live under state/archive/2026-04-30-L0-L4-synthesis/.

Existing archive files confirmed locally:

state/archive/2026-04-30-L0-L4-synthesis/OPEN_LOOPS.md
state/archive/2026-04-30-L0-L4-synthesis/ORPHANS.md
state/archive/2026-04-30-L0-L4-synthesis/entities.json

Do NOT read (unless escape hatch fires)

  • modules/ — module catalog content is not part of this docs-link repair.
  • control-plane/ — CLI behavior is out of scope.

Allowed touched paths

  • prompts/01.5-schema-v2-adhd-counters.md (modify)
  • prompts/02-catalog.md (modify)
  • prompts/06-prune.md (modify)
  • prompts/codex-iskra-mail-consumer.md (modify)
  • prompts/codex-iskra-phase-1-0-bundle.md (modify)

Why this exists (product-first)

Old prompts are still part of the platform memory layer. Broken literal cross-links make future agents lose context or waste budget rediscovering where historical L3 material moved.

Why this matters now

The root verify suite reported failures in test_prompt_literal_cross_links_exist. This is a narrow docs integrity fix and should not be bundled with runtime or lint cleanup.

What "done" looks like

  • All prompt references to the archived L3 files point at state/archive/2026-04-30-L0-L4-synthesis/....
  • uv run pytest tests/test_l4_verify.py -k test_prompt_literal_cross_links_exist passes.
  • No unrelated prompt rewrites or product copy changes are included.

Scope

In scope:

  • Repair stale literal cross-links in the listed prompt files.

Out of scope:

  • Reinterpreting the archived L3 content.
  • Updating platform roadmap or status files.

Suggested approach

  1. Replace only the stale literal paths.
  2. Verify target archive files exist.
  3. Run the focused link test.

Escape hatch

If a prompt intentionally references pre-archive paths as historical prose, comment with the exact line and rationale instead of blanket replacing it.

Unknowns / owner questions

  • None expected.

Risk class

  • risk/process — agent context and verification can drift on broken repo-memory links.

Class of service

  • class/security-sensitive

Priority p3
Action codex_candidate
Scores reach 2 / impact 2 / confidence 4
Piotr fit medium
Effort tiny
Labels judge/p3, judge/codex-candidate
Judge iskra via openclaw

Rationale: This is a tiny Codex-suitable documentation repair with clear archived-link evidence and no production mutation risk.

Caveat: The judgment relies on supplied audit evidence and does not re-scan the repository links locally.
