Goal

Let OpenClaw MCP configuration participate in inventory without a custom router fork.

Scope

  • Add parser for an explicit OpenClaw config path or ~/.skillsurfer/openclaw.json if that becomes the profile file.
  • Extract MCP server descriptors into shared McpServerManifest.
  • Keep parser tolerant but explicit about unknown fields.

Acceptance criteria

  • No command execution, no URL calls.
  • Tests cover valid config, missing config, invalid shape.
  • Same manifest model as Codex/Claude.
  • pnpm check && pnpm build passes.
