Goal

Document how an operator installs and updates SkillSurfer safely.

Scope

  • Add docs/install.md.
  • Cover local build from repo, global npm/pnpm install if supported, and config snippet generation.
  • Include upgrade notes around schema changes and policy registry backups.

Acceptance criteria

  • Docs include uninstall/rollback.
  • Docs distinguish local dev install from future package install.
  • pnpm check && pnpm build passes.
