Catch-up PR after the stacked train was merged into intermediate branches. This PR brings the remaining P0 slices from codex/agaria/p0-7-build-output-hygiene into main.

Includes:

  • repo hygiene
  • auth/runtime hardening
  • Prisma/deploy safety
  • AI/Ollama safety
  • CI/content/docs
  • auth type fix
  • build output hygiene

Local audit before opening: git merge-tree --write-tree main origin/codex/agaria/p0-7-build-output-hygiene => clean.
