Per pdurlej/agent-souls/practices/repo-onboarding-pointer.md: § 0 pointer to canonical onboarding skill, with repo-specific note.

Cousin list now includes gemini (9th cousin, added 2026-05-24 via agent-souls PR #54 + platform PR #410 ADR-0023).

This closes one of the 5 README-only Forgejo repos that were deferred during the original § 0 pointer rollout (the other four — codexbar-mcp, infisical-mcp, mirror-mirror, patchwarden, taste — are landing in parallel).

Tier: Trivial — docs-only, single README insert, no code/runtime/schema mutation.
