Notes

The audit found 12/12 completed runs delivered morning returns and no apply/dispatch/Hermes errors. It also found two preflight failures on 2026-06-16 and 2026-06-17 where Infisical returned HTTP 404 before summary artifacts were written; this PR fixes that gap.
