Summary

Let each column carry lightweight operating policy and advisory WIP limits.

Scope

Add column/list fields: policyNote, entryPolicy, exitPolicy, wipLimit, agentMovePolicy.
Keep WIP advisory in v1, not hard enforcement.
Model agent move policy so MCP can warn before risky moves.
Preserve existing board behavior for users who ignore these fields.

Non-goals

No enterprise workflow engine.
No mandatory Jira-style status ceremony.
No hard WIP blocking in v1.

Acceptance Criteria

Column policies can be stored and read.
WIP limit is optional and advisory.
Existing boards work without policy data.
Fields are stable enough for MCP policy warnings.

Tests / Smoke

Migration/schema tests.
API read/update tests with workspace permission checks.
Backward compatibility smoke on board rendering.

Rollback

Hide policy fields and keep nullable columns; revert migration only before production application.

Owner Gates

Owner approval before production DB migration.

Zakres:

dodałem pola polityk kolumn: policyNote, entryPolicy, exitPolicy, wipLimit, agentMovePolicy,
list.update potrafi ustawiać/czyścić te pola,
read paths dla board/card/agent zwracają polityki i WIP,
AI Inbox seed i snapshot clone zachowują polityki,
dokumentacja MCP opisuje advisory WIP + agent move policy.

Uwagi:

WIP jest advisory w v1, bez twardego blokowania ruchów.
Migracja SQL była ręcznie sprawdzona i przeszła przez testy PGlite; nie formatowałem jej Prettierem, bo repo nie ma parsera SQL.
