Implemented as PR #145.

Scope: docs-only no-write runbook for Leviathan projection smoke:

preview-only step via preview_leviathan_projection,
drift readback step via detect_projection_drift,
dry-run apply step via apply_leviathan_projection with default/explicit dryRun: true,
no-write assertions for card/activity/audit state,
explicit owner gate and required env/scopes for any real apply.

Check run:

pnpm exec prettier --check docs/ops/leviathan-dry-run-smoke.md docs/ops/merge-train-smoke.md docs/leviathan-projection-contract.md

No runtime/API code, deploy, token/scope change, write smoke, or board mutation.
