Canary status: missing — fire 3+3 review before merge

Summary

Fixes #126 by enforcing maxTasks on previewLeviathanProjection before preview construction, matching the existing apply safety cap.

Scope

  • Adds shared DEFAULT_LEVIATHAN_PROJECTION_MAX_TASKS and assertLeviathanProjectionMaxTasks guard.
  • Applies the guard at the start of buildLeviathanProjectionPreview, before board/list/card preview work.
  • Adds maxTasks input to the preview Integration API endpoint.
  • Adds maxTasks to the MCP preview_leviathan_projection tool and client type.
  • Adds integration coverage for below-limit, at-limit, and above-limit previews.
  • Asserts above-limit preview creates no cards and no agent audit entries.

Non-goals

  • No production deploy or restart.
  • No DB schema or migration.
  • No projection apply enablement.
  • No token/scope/Infisical changes.
  • No real Leviathan writes.
