Canary status: missing — fire 3+3 review before merge

Summary

Fixes #128 by making projection drift explanations clearer for Piotr + Iskra without changing drift semantics.

Scope

  • Updates runtime detect_projection_drift explanations for:
    • in_sync,
    • manual_drift, including low-confidence nearby agent audit cases,
    • agent_diverged,
    • unknown_drift.
  • Updates MCP tool description to frame manual moves as operator overrides and unknown drift as review-needed.
  • Adds operator-facing status explanation tables to the MCP and Leviathan contracts.
  • Adds regression coverage for the low-confidence manual drift explanation.

Non-goals

  • No drift status/schema change.
  • No production deploy or restart.
  • No DB schema or migration.
  • No projection apply behavior change.
  • No auto-repair or new write path.
