Canary status: missing — fire 3+3 review before merge

Summary

Fixes #125 by adding a small, secret-free Leviathan projection fixture corpus plus a local checker for expected valid/invalid outcomes.

Scope

  • Adds docs/fixtures/leviathan/ with:
    • one valid happy-path projection covering task status, lease, gates, artifacts, assignee, and Kan hints;
    • three invalid examples covering bad task status, bad board/artifact enum values, and undeclared raw secret-like task fields.
  • Adds docs/fixtures/leviathan/manifest.json with expected validation results and expected error locations.
  • Adds scripts/check-leviathan-projection-fixtures.mjs, a dependency-free checker for the JSON Schema subset used by docs/contracts/leviathan-projection-state.schema.json.
  • Links the fixture checker from docs/leviathan-projection-contract.md.

Non-goals

  • No production deploy or restart.
  • No DB schema or migration.
  • No runtime/API/apply behavior change.
  • No projection apply enablement.
  • No new dependencies.
  • No real secrets, phone numbers, local private paths, or runtime logs in fixtures.
