Summary

  • add read-only milestone linking candidates to the Forgejo analytics summary
  • expose get_milestone_linking_candidates through Integration API/OpenAPI and MCP
  • show a compact Linking queue in Analytics > Milestones with sourceRef, projectRef, target column, and suggested create_ai_inbox_card input data
  • extend analytics smoke guard to require the new route/tool and live candidate read path

Scope

  • read-only analytics/API/MCP/UI only
  • no Forgejo writes
  • no Kan card creation/linking automation
  • no DB schema changes or migrations

Tests / smoke

  • pnpm --filter @kan/api test -- agent.integration.test.ts --run ✅
  • pnpm --filter @kan/mcp test -- client.test.ts --run ✅
  • pnpm --filter @kan/api typecheck ✅
  • pnpm --filter @kan/mcp typecheck ✅
  • pnpm exec prettier --write ...changed files ✅
  • git diff --check ✅

Known repo check limitations

  • pnpm --filter @kan/web typecheck still fails on existing workspace/bootstrap type errors unrelated to this PR; this PR's linkingCandidates type errors disappeared after rebuilding @kan/api declarations.
  • package lint commands are currently not reliable gates: API lint reports existing project-service/pre-existing lint errors, MCP lint has no ESLint flat config, and web lint hits the existing Next ESLint plugin crash under ESLint 9.

Rollback

  • revert this PR; it only adds read-only fields/routes/tool/UI and smoke guards.
