Canary status: missing — fire 3+3 review before merge

Summary

Defines the Leviathan projection contract for Swarmheart -> Kan-ductor.
Adds shared Leviathan constants for board name, columns, status mapping, and schema name.
Adds a machine-readable JSON Schema for projection snapshots.

Scope

Contract only: docs, JSON Schema, shared constants.
No runtime, no DB migration, no Kan writes.

Non-goals

No preview renderer.
No projection apply/write path.
No Swarmheart runtime implementation.
