What landed:

static read-only Patchwarden Core module registry,
core-modules and core-module-stack CLI surface,
module stack embedded into Contract Run artifacts,
schema and regression coverage.

Product boundary preserved: Patchwarden owns how deterministic verdict artifacts are produced; agents/reviewer lanes remain outside that authority as sensors or proposal sources. Future module expansion should be tracked as new, narrower issues.
