Summary

add a static patchwarden-core module registry for the current Contract Run modules
add a JSON Schema for patchwarden.core_module_registry.v1
move Contract Run module ids/version/kind to core_modules.py so emitted module_results are backed by first-class Core definitions
document that this is a read-only Core registry, not dynamic plugin loading

Why

This is the first implementation slice for treating Patchwarden Core modules as product surface: Patchwarden defines how verdict artifacts are produced, while agents remain outside that boundary as sensors/executors under policy.
