  • Issue: follow-up to #127 / #129 status drift after controller approval actuation guard landed
  • Value: keeps the operator status page, CLI status, and gap ledger aligned with what Patchwarden now actually does
  • Effort: small
  • Lead time: same-day

Summary

  • Update patchwarden status and docs/status.html to say deterministic approval is now guarded by a ready controller_approval actuation preflight.
  • Update the vision gap ledger and issue disposition note for PW-G012 / PW-G016 so the remaining gap is external ClawSweeper/OpenClaw consumption, not Patchwarden-side approval binding.
  • Add status tests that lock the new wording and controller-approval.json handoff signal.

  • git diff --check

Full local suite: 613 tests passing.
