Summary

  • Add evidence_request_plan to patchwarden.evidence_verdict.v1 so blocked test/sandbox evidence checks tell external producers what proof to publish for the exact target_sha.
  • Register the evidence request as a first-class external handoff while keeping CI, sandbox execution, evidence publication, and live-state rechecks outside Patchwarden.
  • Update public examples, schema docs, operator status, static status HTML, and PW-G005/PW-G006 vision-gap next actions.

Boundary

Patchwarden still does not run CI, execute sandboxes, publish evidence, approve through reviewer lanes, or merge. The new plan is a read-only handoff for external producers.
