Summary

  • add sandbox-smoke-check, a read-only Sandcastle-compatible sandbox evidence normalizer
  • define patchwarden.sandbox_smoke.v1 schema and public example fixture
  • update operator status/static HTML, June vision, self-usable milestone, and architecture inventory for the #150 sandbox evidence slice

Boundary

  • Patchwarden does not run Sandcastle, Docker, Podman, Vercel, custom providers, agents, or commands
  • the artifact includes top-level evidence[], so evidence-check can consume it for sandboxed PR classes
  • common token/password/private-key patterns are redacted before output

Tests

  • PYTHONPATH=src:. python3 -m unittest discover -s tests (673 tests)

  • Local full suite: PYTHONPATH=src:. python3 -m unittest discover -s tests -> 673 tests OK
  • Local contract-pr dry run: blocked only on patchwarden.pr.path_classification / governance_tier_path because this PR intentionally touches governance/docs/schema/module inventory surfaces
  • repair-instruction-check: ready, next action operator_required

This is aligned with #150 and the June 2026 Patchwarden direction: Patchwarden consumes sandbox evidence, but does not run Sandcastle/providers/agents itself.
