Summary

  • add artifact-root-manifest-action-receipt-check, a read-only receipt contract for external artifact-root manifest writer outcomes
  • register the new handoff/schema/example in status, handoff registry, schema docs, and PW-G008 documentation
  • regenerate docs/status.html and spec/handoffs/external.v0.json
