Summary

  • add a read-only Forgejo pull_request workflow that derives offline PR metadata, runs contract-pr, enables patchwarden.pr.vistula_shape, and uploads Patchwarden artifacts without --execute
  • let forgejo-event accept a newline-delimited changed-files file for CI events that omit changed_files
  • update the operator status, static status artifacts, and docs to show the self-dogfood contract-pr gate as an active surface while keeping PW-G001 partial

  • local smoke: Forgejo event without changed_files + changed-files file -> contract-pr --enable-core-module patchwarden.pr.vistula_shape --context patchwarden/contract-self-dogfood returned pass with execute=false

Boundaries

No Forgejo write API is used by the new workflow. It only uploads run artifacts. Positive reviews, status/comment publication, branch protection, and merge actuation remain outside this workflow.
