Refreshes all 8 docs/operations/ docs to reflect that the auto-heal gate is live in production since 2026-06-10 (Slice C, iskra-openclaw#452), keeping the honest gate-live-vs-OSS-extraction-future distinction. Prepared via subagent (scope verified: only docs/operations/).

autoheal-roadmap.md — status PLAN → PARTIAL LIVE; "Where we are" lists Slices A/B/C/D shipped; rewrote the "Coverage today" claims (plan / TOML-config / live-trigger now all true); Slice E flipped to UNBLOCKED; new ## Current operational status section (service + hourly timer + e2e-verified).
openclaw-runtime-repair-evaluator.md — repair classes are TOML-canonical (iskra-openclaw.v0.toml) since Slice B/#78; REPAIR_CLASS_POLICIES is the fallback.
openclaw-runtime-maintenance-gate.md — added a STABLE status callout (was metadata-less).
iskra-openclaw-evidence-bundle-spec.md — status → LIVE; §8 acceptance rewritten as verified/past; §9 Slice E → unblocked.
platform-dogfood.md — date → 2026-06-11; new ## Gotchas salvaging the identity-on-push footgun (the #8 salvage from the contract-pr merge-queue notes).
dogfood-actual-vs-mental-model.md — current flow is contract-pr (not post-findings); removed stale "after #523" note.
code-vs-vision-snapshot-2026-05-27.md — HISTORICAL banner (body untouched).
pyfallow-integration-plan.md — corrected the finding-registry.schema.json "absent" claim (it exists).

Safety

303 tests green (docs-only). Disjoint files from the keystone, schema, and product-sweep PRs.
