• refreshes state/STATUS_NOW.md from stale backup/Honcho closeout state to the current platform operability board
• classifies the current PR queue (#826/#822/#807/#806) and issue buckets from Forgejo evidence
• records the current W6d blocker: #826 is ready as a self-merge smoke PR, but the runner-local merge-bot token returns HTTP 401

Update: current head e4cb96f has 14/14 successful checks, including Patchwarden sanity. Merge is still blocked because codex is not allowed to merge this PR, and the locally available merge-fest credential candidates validate as HTTP 401. Next action: owner or another merge-capable actor merges #832; no code/runtime fix is needed for this PR.
