Per pdurlej/agent-souls/practices/repo-onboarding-pointer.md (merged today): every pdurlej/* Forgejo repo must carry a § 0 pointer in its AGENTS.md directing fresh cousin sessions to the canonical onboarding skill.

What

Adds § 0 block at the top of AGENTS.md (between existing Forgejo contract notice and ## What this repo is). The block points to:

Repo-specific reads named in the pointer block (per skill § 4 "Per-repo entry"):

  • state/STATUS_NOW.md (canonical operator intent per ADR-0006)
  • state/ANY-COUSIN-WAKEUP.md (60-sec model-agnostic wakeup)
  • state/pan-herbatka-day1-checklist.md (Claude-specific)
  • decisions/*.md ADRs as relevant

Why

Fresh cousin sessions re-discover onboarding from scratch otherwise — sometimes asking Piotr to paste secrets when Infisical bootstrap is the right path. The pointer bridges fresh-session → agent-souls cardinal docs in one block.

Trivial per ADR-0007 — docs-only, 18-line insert, no code/schema/runtime mutation.
