Recorded runtime imports, remounted services, smoke results, and runner/watchdog health.

Why it changed

LD1 runtime work finished after #418 landed and release-root promoted. The previous status text was intentionally cautious during the incident but is now stale.

Unhealthy containers: 0.
Runner and watchdog active; watchdog shows only no stuck trusted-main auto-apply jobs after LD1.

Known constraints

Legacy source paths are still retained as rollback material.
Legacy deletion remains separately gated after the 48h green window.

Explicit out-of-scope

No runtime mutation in this PR.
No cleanup/deletion/prune.
No next-batch migration.

Merge so the canonical status file matches production reality.
