Product story

W6d should stop treating the platform-local Patchwarden sanity workflow as the only Patchwarden signal. Now that the external pdurlej/patchwarden client dry-run exists, the autonomous merge pilot should require that status before asking Iskra or merging.

What changed

Added patchwarden-client-dry-run / dry-run (pull_request) as a required W6d readiness context in both preflight and final checks.
Updated W6d docs/calibration notes to record the new handshake.
Added a regression test proving missing Patchwarden client dry-run blocks readiness.
Clarified that this is not branch-protection yet and does not make Patchwarden artifacts merge authority.

Why it changed

Platform is moving from the W6d prototype toward Patchwarden as a separate product/client. This PR makes the narrow automerge pilot wait for the external client status without expanding scope.
