Summary

Adds the first complete module ownership/source-of-truth matrix for M05. The matrix classifies all 88 current modules by bounded context, desired owner/source, artifact source, update cadence, and metadata migration status.

This is docs/metadata inventory only. It does not change manifests, compose, runtime, secrets, or module behavior.

What changed

Added contexts/module-catalog/source-of-truth-matrix.md.
Generated the matrix from modules/*/module.yaml via the existing platformctl update-report data model.
Grouped remaining metadata gaps into follow-up batches for later M05/M09 work.

Findings

Modules classified: 88.
Source metadata present: 9.
Artifact metadata present: 9.
Missing source metadata: 79.
Missing artifact metadata: 79.
Migration status: done=9, missing=65, deferred=14.
