Summary

Records the sanitized M01 zero-bind validation result after the RS2000 remount pass.

What changed

  • Adds state/reports/m01-zero-bind-validation-2026-05-29.md.
  • Records zero Docker legacy bind mounts, zero unhealthy containers, mountinfo sanity, and platformctl validation result.
  • Documents the remaining destructive gate: issue #557 and exact phrase m01-destructive-cleanup-approved.

Non-goals

  • No runtime mutation in this PR.
