Summary

Closes #598 and #600 with a read-only inventory of remaining non-backup RS2000 legacy material after M01/M04 closeout.

What changed

Adds state/reports/m06-legacy-non-backup-inventory-2026-05-30.md.
Records sanitized metadata for /opt/vps-home-platform-infra/{data,env,state} and /opt/vps-home-platform-infra-cleanpush.
Verifies the stale cleanpush env/stack.env symlink has no live runtime usage.
Classifies follow-up disposal risk without deleting or mutating anything.

Key findings

No Docker mounts, findmnt, process command, active systemd/cron/profile, or open-file refs were found for the checked legacy paths.
cleanpush/env/stack.env appears stale from live-runtime perspective; exact references were only in Forgejo SQL backup files.
The old env root remains secret-bearing and active env snapshots still contain old path variable names, so deletion needs #599 disposal planning first.
data and state contain historical/user/DR/Iskra/Honcho evidence and should be archived or triaged, not blindly deleted.

Validation

PYTHONPATH=control-plane uv run --project control-plane python -m platformctl.cli validate all --json passed.

Safety

Read-only runtime inspection only.
No env values printed.
No delete, rename, chmod, chown, rsync, restart, issue writer, dependency writer, or auto-merge implementation.
