Goal

Make the default human text output list actual findings, not only summary counts.

Expected files

src/format.ts
tests/golden.test.mjs
tests/golden/basic-report.txt

Acceptance criteria

fallow-ts analyze --root examples/demo-project prints each finding.
Each printed finding includes rule, severity, confidence, path, line, and message.
Golden text output is updated intentionally.

Guardrails

One issue = one PR.
Add or update a behavior/golden test before changing behavior.
No runtime dependencies.
No new analyzer categories unless the issue explicitly says so.
Keep changes small; do not refactor src/analyze.ts broadly.

Verification

Run npm run build && npm test && git diff --check.
