Summary

  • add a stdlib-only patchwarden nullsec-s1-check normalizer for external Nullsec-S1 JSON reports
  • add opt-in Core module patchwarden.pr.nullsec_s1_gate and wire it into evaluate / contract-pr via --nullsec-s1-artifact-file
  • add public schema/example artifacts and refresh Core registry/status documentation

Boundary

Patchwarden does not install, execute, or contact Nullsec-S1. The scanner remains an external workflow-owned sensor; Patchwarden only consumes a head-bound patchwarden.nullsec_s1_verdict.v1 artifact and applies policy fail-closed.

Tests

  • PYTHONPATH=src:. python3 -m unittest discover -s tests — 535 tests OK
  • live dry-run: patchwarden contract-pr on #112 produced current, internally consistent artifacts; it blocks by expected governance_tier_path because this PR changes Patchwarden policy/code itself
