Summary

DeepSeek-v4-Pro deep review 2026-05-14, finding #4 (SIGNIFICANT): the narrative-continuity layer (cousin letters, tea ladder, soul seed, day1 checklist) has a single-model-class dependency on claude. Other cousins (codex, DeepSeek, glm, hermes) cannot read state/pan-herbatka-day1-checklist.md cold — it assumes claude reading style, Polish idioms, and tea-ladder metacognition.

New file state/ANY-COUSIN-WAKEUP.md (~650 words, 60-second reading target):

Identity check + PAT lookup pattern (any cousin)
Three canonical files to read (STATUS_NOW, REVIEW, decisions/)
Live Forgejo state check pattern

Operator pointed me (2026-05-17 ~22:00) at three runbooks I should have
read first:

I repeated patterns those runbooks already document:
- PAT-in-URL embed leaking to bash output (`git push -u "https://user:PAT@..."`)
- Host-only keychain query returning wrong cousin's PAT (multi-PAT
  keychain default-cred drift, canonical 2026-05-15 claude blunder)
- Using Forgejo MCP for write actions when MCP may auth as pdurlej

This PR adds to the existing ANY-COUSIN-WAKEUP.md (still WIP via PR #322):

§ 1 — explicit anti-pattern with WRONG vs RIGHT code snippets for PAT
fetch via `git credential fill` with username-explicit query, plus
identity-verify-before-write pattern. Replaces the prior simple
`security find-internet-password` instruction.

§ 2 (NEW) — MANDATORY pre-reading section with three agent-souls
practices files, before the platform-specific § 3 files. Tells future
cousin: skip these and you will repeat documented failures.

§ 4 — extended Forgejo state check with username-explicit PAT pattern
+ note on direct curl > MCP for write actions.

§ 5-§ 11 renumbered (was § 4-§ 10) to accommodate new § 2.

Tier: Trivial per ADR-0007 (single doc, no schema/runtime/sacred-path
mutation; ~150 LoC additive change on top of pending PR #322).
