Summary

BATCH K Strategic — prebuild #1 of 3.

Six-bounded-context proposal addressing DeepSeek 2026-05-14 cross-cutting weakness: "drift between platform self-description and reality." Structural fix per ADR-0018 applied to platform's own organization.

Contexts: agent-coordination / module-catalog / cutover-ops / security-policy / observability / persona-bridge

Spec Kit: 6 files (constitution / specify / plan / tasks / implement-notes / README) + companion ADR-0020 (DRAFT) + execution prompt for codex.

Phases: paper-only → CI lint → trial context move (persona-bridge) → scale → top-level docs rewrite. Operator can stop after any phase and keep value.

Zero behavior change per Constitution P8. Operator-attention cost is final arbiter per P10.

Closing empty PR — fork-anchor 2026-05-17 coordination loss
